and is finished for easy maintenance. Detached garage

The cement driveway was put in
this spring after allowing the driveway to settle. Don’t

INTERIOR: The interior has been
extensively remodeled and customized over the past six
years. The sunroom was added on in 2002 and the loft

The lower deck (14x10) has
cedar railing and deck with brick pavers. Upon entering
the sunroom (22x10) there is a closet/storage
area. A natural gas heater helps heat the whole house.
There is maple laminate flooring. The abundant Crestline
windows bring in a lot of natural light. The ceiling and
walls are finished pine tongue and groove.
Separating the sunroom and the living
room are French doors with glass panels keeping that

flooring.
The kitchen is part of the

deck is positioned on top of the garage. It has rubber
membrane roofing with cooling mats making the deck area
quite comfortable during the hot summer months. There is
long lasting cedar railing and exterior steps leading to
the lower deck.
The master bedroom includes a
nice size walk-in closet, a built-in headboard with
shelving on the sides and maple flooring throughout. A
full bathroom separates the two bedrooms on the main
floor.
The stairs to the lower level are
maple. There is a double door access leading out to the
backyard. There is a foyer leading into a spacious
hallway. The large family room is carpeted and
has a closet under the stairs. A sewing (possible
computer) room is 7x13. The laundry is 8x11.
Plus there is another large carpeted room, which could
be used as an office/bedroom with closet and
window that can be used for egress. Additional storage
area at end of hall (12x6)
The full luxury bathroom in the lower
level has an oversized Whirlpool tub. The room is
completely tiled and has a shower.
